According to exclusive information about the Consumer Affairs Ministry has sent a proposal to the Finance Ministry. WDRA have been asked to submit details of the proposal.According to Sources WDRA registration will be considered only on receipt of bank guarantee. The warehouse will be recognized commodity exchange without registration. Warehouse without registering will not be traded in the spot exchange upon receipt. The decision will help prevent disturbances like NSEL.
